EVA geomembrane is a geotechnical waterproof material made from ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. This material is compounded with geotextiles through a multilayer co-extrusion process, featuring characteristics such as aging resistance, puncture resistance, excellent flexibility, and low-temperature resistance (-70°C to 70°C). It has a tensile strength of ≥14 MPa and an elongation at break of ≥400%, with outstanding welding performance, allowing it to adapt to uneven geological settlements during construction. The product thickness ranges from 0.3 to 3 mm, width from 1 to 6 m, and it complies with the GB/T 18173.1-2012 standard. It is mainly used in impermeable projects such as landfills, sewage treatment plants, and tunnel composite lining, covering nine major sectors including municipal, water conservancy, transportation, and agriculture. Compared with HDPE and PVC geomembranes, EVA has advantages in low-temperature flexibility and welding efficiency, making it especially suitable for cold regions and complex foundation projects. The product series includes homogeneous, self-adhesive, and composite types, supporting cushion layer installation and hot-melt welding processes.
