HDPE slip-resistant pillar-point textured geomembrane is an industrial anti-seepage material made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the raw material. It features a uniformly distributed pillar-point structure formed through a specialized model roller calendering process. The front and back surfaces can use different material combinations, making it suitable for applications such as landfill sites, wastewater treatment tanks, and seepage prevention projects in refineries. This product is made by adding functional additives to HDPE resin and processing it through melting, extrusion, calendering, and stretching. Compared to ordinary textured geomembranes, it improves tensile strength, wear resistance, and puncture resistance by nearly three times, while significantly enhancing resistance to acid, alkali, microorganisms, and chemical corrosion. The pillar-point structure on the membrane surface increases friction with geotextiles, improving slope stability and preventing construction slippage. The product thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 3.0mm, with a tensile strength of ≥25MPa, elongation at break of ≥550%, and a seepage coefficient of 1×10⁻¹⁷ cm/s, with a service life of 40-50 years. Specifications include various thicknesses from 1.0mm to 2mm, and colors are available in black, white, or other options. Construction uses hot-weld technology, ensuring high seam strength and significantly improving installation efficiency.
