product details

Cement blankets come in thicknesses ranging from 5mm to 16mm, with the specific thickness used varying depending on the construction project. They are mainly used for various slope protection projects as well as temporary road protection and roof waterproofing. Common slope protection in aquaculture, such as fish ponds, water channels, ditches, shrimp ponds, soft-shelled turtle ponds, and fishing gardens, typically uses a thickness of 10mm, while excavation support projects often use thinner blankets due to shorter construction periods. The warranty period also varies with the thickness of the cement blanket, with 10mm thick blankets having a lifespan of ten years or more. The size can be customized according to the project, with widths ranging from 1 to 4 meters and any desired length.

Before watering, the cement blanket is very soft, similar to a felt blanket, making transportation and handling very convenient. When watered, the mixture of water and internal concrete dry powder will harden within 24-48 hours, with hardness reaching up to 90% of concrete. This prevents the internal framework from cracking or collapsing, allowing it to perfectly adapt to various terrains and achieve excellent construction results.
