Geotextiles are mainly used to maintain the integrity of geotextiles at centers. They are impermeable and are generally used for the prevention and control of artificial lakes and landscape lakes.

Green geotextiles are composed of a plastic film waterproof substrate combined with non-woven fabric, making them impermeable. Their waterproof performance mainly depends on the impermeability of the plastic film. The primary mechanism of geotextiles is to block seepage channels in zoned earth dams with plastic films, withstand water pressure with high tensile strength and elongation, and adapt to dam deformations. The appearance of packaged geotextiles, welding quality, T-shaped welding, and foundation debris must be inspected carefully, and all construction personnel must implement this work throughout the construction process.

It greatly reduces dust pollution and beautifies the surrounding area. Using environmentally compliant green geotextiles can transform originally heavily polluted farmland into a very beautiful green workspace, thereby achieving dust pollution control. Influenced by domestic environmental protection policies, most construction companies use green geotextiles.

Green geotextiles are lightweight, low-cost, corrosion-resistant, and provide functions such as isolation, filtration prevention, drainage, and reinforcement.

Geotextiles have good resistance to microorganisms, no harm from insects, and green geotextiles offer long-term corrosion resistance in soils and water of different pH levels. Green geotextiles are easy to construct, with lightweight and flexible materials that are easy to carry, lay out, and install. The width of green geotextiles can reach up to 6 meters, with a unit area weight of 100g–600g per square meter.
