Reservoir Geomembrane Construction Plan
According to design requirements, remove humus soil and organic rock debris from the base, and excavate and shape the base according to the designed elevation and slope. Use a vibrating roller to compact it. Once the base meets design requirements, proceed with the construction of the sub-membrane cushion layer.
After sectional excavation and soil removal, perform cleaning and compaction of the reservoir pad, ensure proper placement of the impermeable geomembrane, maintain balance in earthwork, and keep the storage of materials for both the membrane cushion layers above and below the membrane in equilibrium.
Construction Process Flow
Survey and staking → clearing the base, leveling, compaction, acceptance of trench excavation → laying the sub-membrane cushion layer → laying and splicing the composite geomembrane → covering with the upper cushion layer and performing backfill.
Geomembrane Laying Process: Laying and cutting → alignment and edge matching → membrane pressing and shaping → dust wiping → welding test → welding → inspection → repair → re-inspection → acceptance
